Returns and refunds are subject to our Return & Refund Policy. Customized and embroidered products may not be eligible for return or exchange unless they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.

OzaZ products are designed as professional workwear/scrub wear. They are not medical devices, protective equipment, or a substitute for safety equipment unless specifically stated for a particular product.

Customers are responsible for selecting the appropriate size and product according to their requirements.
